How to request a refund
- Email rootflowsupport@gmail.com with your order number and the item or set you would like to return.
- We will provide the return address and instructions. Please contact us before mailing anything back.
- A return is required under this guarantee. If you purchased a duo, return both combs for a refund of the duo price.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after we receive the returned item or set. Your payment provider may take additional time to show the credit.

Email us with your order number and a photo so we can help arrange a replacement or refund.
